Very near Akita Station and places of interest in Akita. Quick check in process. Coffee/Tea service free. Excellent wifi connection. Clean and comfortable room. Complimentary breakfast to start your day is such a comfort waking up in the morning

Just like the hotel name, I had a very comfortable 1 nite stay during my winter trip @ Jan 2016. Wish I could stay longer in Akita. Walking distance to JR, less than 7 mins walk. Good choice of breakfast menu, it started snowing while I was having breakfast ;)

My recent stay at Comfort Hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good mattress and bright lighting. The free buffet breakfast had essential items like soup, rice balls, bread, and salad, which were delicious. The location was perfect, right in front of the train station and near a beautiful park with a great view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

I accidentally booked smoking room. Because the non-smoking room is full I can't move and they didn't help me erasing the bad smell of the cigarettes.

Great location, less than 5 minutes from the JR ststion, opposite to big department store.
Room is a bit small, bed against a wall, typical Japanese.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the train station. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. I appreciated the amenities provided in the room, especially the comfortable pillows and the clothes washing facilities. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of healthy options. The fact that it was complimentary was an added bonus.
The room was smaller than expected, but not uncomfortably so. Sometimes noise from the nearby traffic light could be heard, but it didn't disturb my sleep.

Hotel very near the train station. Within 5 minutes walking can reach Senshu Park and Sakura Matsuri was on.
Nothing much except the bed is a bit too soft
